In the studio, we only use ingredients that are strictly halal. But we still don’t have a halal certificate from the Indonesian government. As a result, the precise current status is “No pork, no lard”.

Even absolute beginners are welcome to participate in the lessons as there is no prerequisite experience. Since there are up to four students for every instructor in small groups, you will feel free to ask any questions you may have. We do, however, have age restrictions for the trial lessons due to safety concerns. Only those 9 years old and older are eligible for cake and bread trials, and only those 13 years old and older are eligible for cooking trials. Children between the ages of 4 and 8 can sign up for our Kids Course or one of our occasionally offered one-day kid-only classes, like “Parent & Kid One-Day Lesson.”

Arrive early for your lesson. If a member is more than 10 minutes late for any reason, the lesson will be deemed canceled and they will not be allowed to attend.

We hope for a speedy recovery and are sorry to hear that you are ill. In order for the management to give you credit for the lesson, we will require official documentation, like an MC. The best we can do in this situation is to give you the original recipe for the lesson you missed.

Of course! By recommending friends or family who share their interest in learning, students who have already registered as regular members are eligible to participate in a free trial lesson. Members who refer new members will receive a free trial lesson ticket with the option to choose from any menu.

For members who have registered, lessons are required. Nobody is allowed to attend classes on your behalf.
Writing your name and membership ID number on your prescription as soon as the instructor hands it to you is a good habit to develop. You were given a printed prescription; keep it. We will not replace any prescription that is lost, ripped, or soiled as a result of carelessness or any other circumstance. But members have the option to buy a copy of the same recipe.

There is no photography or filming during the lesson.

All personal belongings, including valuables, must be kept in good condition or members must be able to use lockers at our locations. Before you leave the studio at the end of your lesson, look under the table to see if you left any personal items or recipes behind.
